Early Life & Education
Todd Marsh grew up in Iowa, and studied music at the University of Iowa before earning his Bachelors of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at El Paso. He had a career in Information Systems consulting before studying law, with Financial, Human Resources, Identity and Access Management, Case management, Law Enforcement, and judgment collection projects.
Legal Training
Todd attended law school in Fort Worth part-time while designing processes for the Tarrant County District Attorney and Criminal District Courts. He has worked with Police, Sheriff, Juvenile, and state Attorney General organizations to improve justice through automation.
