Biography

Tiffany attended high school in Texarkana, Arkansas, later moving on to enroll in Collin Community College. Here she earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice.

Tiffany started at the Firm as an Intake Specialist, where her main duties included interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to become familiar with their cases, conducting basic research to investigate claims, onboarding new clients through necessary paperwork and creating case files, and entering client information into the Firm’s case management system. She recently moved into the Pre-Litigation department as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager, where her main duties include communicating with clients during the pre-litigation phase, conducting detailed intake sessions, preparing family memos, and collecting all required records for each case.
