Charly studied at North Central Texas College and enhances her education by attending legal conferences and participating in strategic management and finance continuing education courses at top universities across the country.

Charly serves the firm as the Chief Operations Officer. The majority of her professional career has involved providing administrative support in the health care and legal industry. She has been with the firm for over 20 years and oversees the daily business operations. She coordinates with the executive team to set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, manages client retention and concerns, employee relations, handles financial forecasting, implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures. Recently, she managed the firm's migration to a new CRM system.
