Biography

Early Life & Career

Todd Marsh grew up in Iowa and studied music at the University of Iowa before earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at El Paso. He had a career in information systems consulting before studying law, including projects in the financial, human resources, identity and access management, case management, law enforcement, and judgment collection sectors.

Legal Training

Todd attended law school in Fort Worth part-time while designing processes for the Tarrant County District Attorney and Criminal District Courts. He has worked with police, sheriff, juvenile, and state attorney general organizations to improve justice through automation.

Career at Smith Clinesmith

Todd joined the Smith Clinesmith team as Chief Information Officer in 2023. He uses information technology to provide insights into facility practices, reduce case preparation time, and reduce costs.
