Biography

Early Life & Career

Michelle was raised in Ohio and attended Bowling Green State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

Legal Training

Michelle enrolled in St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida and excelled as a student. Here she received her Juris Doctor and graduated cum laude. She also received the CALI Book Award (Best Grade in Course of Study) for: 1) Legal Analysis and Writing, 2) Alternative Dispute Resolution, and 3) Legal Analysis and Writing: Canon Law. In addition, she also received a 4.0 GPA for: 1) Wills & Trusts, 2) Trial Advocacy, and 3) Business Associations.

In addition to receiving her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University, Michelle also attended Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. Here, she received her LL.M. in Elder Law, graduating with distinction. She received the Highest Grade in Course of Study for: (1) Long-Term Care Planning; (2) Retirement Planning; (3) Government & Private Health Benefits. She also received high honors for: (1) Aging and the Law and (2) Veterans Benefits, and received honors for (1) Estate & Gift Tax Planning and (2) Guardianships & Alternatives.
