Biography

Early Life & Career

Feby was born and raised in India until her family moved to Dallas, Texas in 2005. Feby speaks three languages: English, Hindi, and Malayalam. She attended Lakeview High School in Garland, Texas where she was enrolled in dual-credit classes and joined a law magnet program. Attending class and mock trials through the YMCA, she knew early on that she wanted to pursue a legal career.

Upon graduating high school with an associate’s degree, Feby attended the University of North Texas and majored in political science. During her time as an undergraduate, she was involved in Sigma Alpha and Phi Delta Phi. She graduated in two years with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Legal Training

Feby attended law school at UNT Dallas College of Law. Her passion drove her to seek hands-on experience and to actively pursue extracurricular activities. She spent her time in law school as Vice President of the Board of Advocates, staff reporter for a law review journal, and Vice President of the Christian Legal Society.

Career at Smith Clinesmith

Feby first joined the Smith Clinesmith team as a law clerk in 2021 and has returned as an Associate in 2023. She is excited to see how the legal concepts she learned in law school apply in the practice of law as she resumes fighting for the rights of the elderly.
