Early Life and Education
Alexis was born in Dallas, Texas, but raised in the Central Florida region. She attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando as a Florida Medallion Scholar and is a proud Knight. In 2012, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Legal Training
Alexis then attended Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law in sunny South Florida. In 2015, she graduated from law school, passed the Florida Bar Examination, and decided to move back to Texas. In Texas, Alexis joined a civil litigation practice in the North Dallas area where she gained extensive experience in representing both individuals and corporations. After obtaining licensure in Texas, Alexis joined a general practice in Fort Worth, where she gained experience in a broad range of civil, criminal, and family matters.
Career at The Clinesmith Firm
Alexis found her passion for helping clients seek justice for their loved ones against
nursing homes. She has been litigating health care liability claims with The
Clinesmith Firm since 2018. In 2019, Alexis passed the Uniform Bar Examination and
intends to seek licensure in New York and Illinois.
